VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are always looking for new ways to have the shelter be known and recognized for the GEM that it is in Youngstown. This means volunteers to help with everything it takes to run a shelter and find funding for the shelter.

Camilla

???????????????????????????????

Camilla is a very affectionate kitty who lost her home when her owner became ill and unable to care for her. She is a white cat with orange tabby marking. She was born on 12/7/2010. She is a quiet girl looking for her forever home. She will be a very nice companion. Come meet her at the shelter.

Colby

???????????????????????????????

Colby was found outside when he was a kitten and he was kept at a local auto garage. When his owner retired, we took him in. Colby has been a well-loved guy and is super friendly and happy. He was born 8/1/2013 so he’s still a kitten. Come and meet this sweetheart at the shelter.

Chelsea

???????????????????????????????

Chelsea is a shy little kitten born 9/20/2013. She was found in a dumpster when she was three months old.

She came over to visit with me while I was taking her photos which is an improvement over how she was when she first came to the shelter. She used to hide behind things and seemed really scared but not so much anymore. I found her lounging on one of the kitty towers out in the open in the kitten room. Shelters can be a scary place for kittens but Chelsea seems to be comfortable at last. Now she’s ready to go to her forever home.
